A disappointing experience at my first Hyatt. My first room had a hair in the shower, so I asked to change rooms. The second room had a strange layout. The air conditioner was loud, right next to the bed, and blew directly onto me, making it hard to sleep. When I asked to change rooms again, I was told all rooms were like this, even though my first room was different. The bedside lights also didn’t work. There wasn’t a single vegan option at breakfast—not even plant-based milk. The staff showed little concern and made no effort to help. This will be my last Hyatt.

Staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. The hotel was clean and had comfortable beds. The only issue I had was that the airport shuttle pick up was not great. We waited 40 plus minutes and no shuttle arrived. Finally, a different hotel chain took us after pity.

The hotel offers a free airport shuttle bus to the hotel around 1:45 AM, which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious, with powerful air conditioning and heating, and plenty of electrical outlets. It's quiet at night, but the noise from flights taking off and landing in the early morning is quite noticeable. The breakfast is standard American style, nothing special.

I used this hotel because it was close to the airport as I had an early flight the next morning. Breakfast starts at exactly 6am! There aren't many varieties, but they have almond milk and decaf, which was nice! The shuttle bus to the airport is also convenient as it runs every 20 minutes. Atlanta airport is a hub airport and is quite large, so even if you depart an hour and a half before, baggage inspection and other things are crowded, so I recommend leaving 2 hours before boarding!
