Wyndham Garden Atlanta Airport

The room was renovated and looked new, but some of the features were a bit old. They gave me a room on a floor with no elevator, so I had to haul my luggage up myself, which was a real pain.

I changed to a quieter room tonight, but I still can't sleep. I only have brunch today. I went back to the hotel and collapsed into bed. I woke up at midnight, and then found out my flight was delayed. I missed my client meeting, so I quickly rebooked an earlier flight. I got up at 4 am. I'm already in Houston now. Saving money for the boss, huh? Sigh. Just keep going. A few more days. Hopefully, I haven't lost any hair.

This hotel room was absolutely terrible. Even when the air conditioner was off, it was still making a loud, whirring noise coming in. The bathroom was emitting a constant, unsettling sound, like the rumbling of an airplane, not just the fan. It didn't stop all night. I called the front desk, and they said they'd come to check, but they never did. So bad. The restaurant downstairs was also awful. Ordering food took over an hour to arrive, and they said they only had one chef and one server. The worst part was they told it wasn't their responsibility. And the steak was awful! The boiled broccoli was practically mushy. There are no restaurants nearby, which is really bad. Speechless. It's a 10-minute drive from the airport. PS: It's strange. Many times when I booked through Ctrip, I was given the room furthest in the hallway. I really suspect they got the cheapest deal and then gave me the worst room. This hotel and room was the worst experience I've ever had!

I went to test and found that the hotel I booked included 2 breakfasts, but I still had to pay for breakfast separately. This time I swiped my card directly on site. Ctrip is cheating, I feel that foreign hotels should not use Ctrip. Tested this time. I don't recommend Getting anyway.
