Quality Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport South

Near airport, clean

Convenient location, courteous staff and many eating places nearby.

First, this hotel is useless for international arrivals or departures: you have to get a separate shuttle bus from international to domestic, since they only pick up/drop off there. Location is dubious: reception told me not to go to the gas station myself at about 9 on a Friday night. Hotel itself is good enough, breakfast kinda basic. The carpet in the corridors looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 50 years. Other than that, ok.

Room was not cleaned well at all!! Stains on walls, dirt behind bed, grime along edges, carpet felt nasty, refrigerator not clean, used toilet paper on holder, iron holder that didn't have an iron was filthy. I stayed for two nights on an emergency visit because I wiped everything down that I needed to use. Would not stay again nor recommend. The staff need to be educated on how to clean a room!

Staff never cleaned room while we were there or replenished toilet paper or towels. Breakfast was supposed to be between 5am and 9am but its first come first get, meaning they will not replenish any food that has been taken. There was an interruption of power twice.

bed was very comfortable and shower/bathroom was good. however there sould have been better vaccuming.
