Baymont by Wyndham College Park Atlanta Airport South

The space was not all that cleaned. There was roaches everywhere.

When I came in, it looked OK but then after I arrived and looked around, there was roaches everywhere. They’re stains everywhere even grease stains on the headboard, but overall it was OK and the breakfast list all right

Didn’t even stay an hour place is not idea for any kind of travelled unless you’re here to Stay weeks like the people are already . Should definitely turn into an extended stay

Horrible attitudes to black people. Smiles for others . Would not bring me new linen and towels when they were dirty af

I should have done my homework. It was my first time in Atl. I stayed here because it was close to my venue with that being said I stayed there because it got a good rating and it promised breakfast and a gym..well none was provided. Instead I got a stay in a very sketchy area with questionable ppl in and out all day/night. I could tell from the moment I walked in that the facility was OLD. Although I called 2x to say my flight was delayed into the early morning, on arrival I was told that rooms are not kept beyond 2am..but luckily he had not close me out. The room was neat but everything was stained so not only did I prayed, I sprayed everything with Lysol and only touch the things I needed to. I was told upon arrival that there is no breakfast, and did I mention the promise ride from the airport is also not true. I slept with one eye because the roach kept appearing. I checked out early ( obviously) what I really did not like it that the manager came into my room before the 11am checkout without my permission. Thankfully I had the chain on.

Felt unsafe, people screaming. One of the only hotels near airport that had any rooms available because of massive weather delays.

I have been staying at Baymont Inns for a couple of years now. They have provided nice hotels in some rural areas however, this place was a tragic mistake. There appeared to be people living there. Lots of foot traffic through the day and night with people seemingly wandering around just loitering about. And one night several fights could be heard throughout the night. I cannot recommend this hotel in good conscience.

The staff was great...a pleasure to talk to and very helpful. I had accidently thrown away my boarding pass with baggage claim tickets on the back and called to see if they would text me an image of the tickets in case I needed them. They scanned the tickets and emailed them to me...much appreciated.
