SpringHill Suites Chattanooga North/Ooltewah

Very good service. It had a good breakfast, even options for vegetarians! Staff very helpful and kind.

We chose this hotel because of the “Exceptional” rating. Though it was a lovely room, we did not find it to be exceptional. Overall the room and the hotel were a good choice for the price.

Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total.

Bar was great, had some bucket deals and the food was amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

BEWARE… this property borders a railroad track that has constant trains running throughout the night with loud horns! I guess the earplugs provided in the room was the first indication that it was going to be a long sleepless night. The room and beds would have been better enjoyed without the trains!

Parking was fine. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean. Air conditioning worked well. Upon arrival to the room, the tv was on and the door was ajar. We were a little nervous to enter. However, we quickly realized no one was in the room. Just an oddity. Perhaps the cleaning crew was listening to music as they cleaned and then didn’t realize the door didn’t close behind them. No one tried to enter the room for the duration of our stay. This was not enough to change the rating of our stay.

The staff were very warm and welcoming. The entire building was clean and well kept. Great experience.

The room was clean and updated, super quiet. Customer service was great. Would def stay again.
