Bed had a 5" dip in it. Im sure the bathroom door had been kicked in a few times. The shower had a huge crack in it. rifraff living in the units. Front door was sloppy loose. Flooring feels like your walking on the moon. I didnt stick around long enough to notice anything else. Looked like something from a horror movie shot in the middle of nowhere.

The Spinnaker is easy to find just off Interstate 75. Check in was easy. The office is closed from 11pm until 7am so later checkin would not be possible. We arrived late afternoon. The room was ok with microwave and small fridge and big TV with cable. There was not a coffee maker in the room, but coffee was available in the lobby.

If you like foul smelling water, showers that take forever and a day to get hot, mold on the bathroom ceilings, hit or miss cable tv, sagging floors, unavailable staff after 7pm, no security and people from God knows where hooping, hollering, drinking in the parking lot & blasting cultural music until 3am, all this at outrageous nightly/weekly prices, this is the place for you. Honestly, you’re better off sleeping in your car. Never again!

They advertise that checkin is only until 11pm. I arrived after several hours of driving at 10:45 and the office was closed. There was an event that weekend so all the local hotels were booked or $300+ a night. I was forced to sleep in my car. I was at the door at 7am when they advertise that the office opens, and nothing. I stood outside for almost an hour, still no one. Then…they refused to refund my money. Just UNREAL

I can’t believe ******* would let this property be on their website, this is one of the nastiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, filthy, full of migrants getting drunk and being loud all night, the lock on the door didn’t work, had to put sheets on the windows because the blinds were barely on the window to give any privacy. Then they charge a deposit to stay here, they should pay for people to stay here. STAY AWAY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TRASHY PEOPLE AND DIRTY HOTELS!!!!!

First what was good - the bed was fine and clean. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The TV had all channels and worked good. Now what was bad - this is listed as Inn, but it is a very old, run down motel. There were 3 of us but there were only 2 towels. We tried to use room telephone to call the front desk, but it was not working. After using our own phone, the towel was delivered to us. This place needs a major renovation. The floor is coming up, the walls have really bad scratches and dents, the caulking around bathtub is all detached and looks horrible. The sink stopper was missing. At the check in, we were asked to pay a $50 security deposit in case we damage something. This is simply laughable, because this place is already damaged and needs a lot of repairs. Thankfully, we were there just for 1 night.
