We chose this hotel because it’s very cheap and relatively close to the city. Room was big enough for two and staff were helpful. However, we saw a dirty bed sheet when we arrived, don’t know if they really changed it after the previous guests left. Anyway we asked to change it and easy fix. Overall, good stay for get away city hustle and bustle.

The room is super small. No fridge in the room, shared kitchen.
This is a backpack hostel type of accommodation.

Super clean and modern room. Really liked the bed - soft and comfy. The hotel definitely has its own vibe, which is great!
One of the receptionists was weird though. Instead of answering my questions she just smiled widely and laughed every time. Felt creepy to be honest.

I found this coliving space during my F1 trip. The overall facilities are simple, functional, reasonably priced, and the bed is very comfortable. Although the room is small, it has everything you need. There is also a shared space and kitchen facilities. The work area in the lobby is also very pleasant. It is a practical choice. I recommend it for business trips and family trips. There are also parks nearby for exercise and leisure.

The staff were very helpful and the parking was very convenient. It cost about 25 euros a night. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel, and eating is very convenient. The environment is very good and the light is very good. There is a self-service laundry service.

Great place with New York loft-like industrial feel to it. Large room with the most comfy bed, and very friendly staff at check-in, even if it was 1am. Little cafe next door (didn't try it).
Only minus was that the water in the pipes from upstairs/next door could be heard loud and clear.

Great location for Collingwood Fitzroy adventures in east Melbourne, the hotel itself is perfectly fine, my room was comfortable with a great bed. I found it to be the ideal place to stay, as I had no interest in spending any time in the room, but if a person did want to chill in the room a fair bit this one has rather less space than would be ideal. The hotel has plenty of communal spaces and great facilities for those who care. Me, I just needed a place to sleep, with a bathroom, so it was perfect. I'd definitely stay there again, for the location and the bed.

Rooms are clean. Beds are comfy. Location is fabulous.
No noisy aircon or ventilation humming and keeping you awake. Rooms are so peaceful.

This is a gem. I enjoyed my stay here. It was quiet, clean, and had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. This is my go-to spot for Collingwood.

Rooms are TINY. I booked a "one of a kind Plus", and the layout of the room isn't like any of the layouts shown on the website.
The bed had a wall top, bottom, one entire side and about a third of the other side - meaning getting in and out of the bed was tricky.
The bathroom design is so bad - the toilet sits immediately behind the frosted glass door, and doesn't actually close completely. The shower is tiny, and has a very small shower screen, meaning the entire bathroom, including the bin, and the toilet get wet during a shower. I questioned the room type, because it didn't seem to be "plus" in any way - and I was told it was definitely a "plus" room.
It included a shared "kitchenette" with another room. The kitchenette had some crockery and cutlery, but no way to wash them. I checked in the "chill" room for any items to clean up after we used some plates and cutlery - but there was just a sink of dirty dishes their too.
