Hotel Review: Unfortunately, I must advise against staying at this hotel. The security deficiencies began with a broken lock on the room door, which caused an unsettling feeling. The hygiene was severely lacking; dirty bed linen, as well as floors and walls, were not only unsightly but also unhygienic. The toilet was also dirty, and there was a lack of soap in the shower. To make matters worse, it was noisy at night, making restful sleep impossible. The overall sense of security was non-existent, which is especially unacceptable for children and families. In my opinion, the hotel is not just in need of renovation but should rather be replaced with a new building, as the current conditions are no longer bearable. Untrained, unskilled staff. They have no understanding of hotel management. Personnel non formé, non qualifié. Ils ne comprennent rien à la gestion hôtelière.

Very good value for money. Pleasant staff who are very polite and available at any time of the day. Very clean as tonight room shower or toilet I recommend the hotel and the staff.

Arriving on May 18, no one at reception could be helpful. Does not receive customers who are on the phone, (deal with it). The room is not of very high quality, no air conditioning, etc. The bedding is average but I have found worse. The smell in the rooms is not welcoming. People do not respect other users in the evening as in the afternoon when resting, (door noise, vacuum cleaner, WC etc...) The showers and toilets are really neglected even if unfortunately the toilets are important like the cleanliness showers. goodbye. As for breakfast. This one doesn't cost 5€ but rather 2.5€, don't come in the last one otherwise no more croissants. Orange juice really not good (thanks to the powder). No room if all the customers come at the same time. 6 places no more. I've done a lot of F1 but I don't recommend this one at all. To avoid absolutely even for 1 night.

The breakfast was less bad than the rest (but prepared by the reception girl in pajamas). Being part of the Accor chain, I expected a minimum of cleanliness and services, but a really bad experience. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

Für eine Übernachtung akzeptabel aber nicht länger. Zimmer war bei Anreise (abends) nicht mal vorbereitet. TV unbenutzbar wegen fehlender Fernbedienung. Stickig in der Nacht weil keinerlei Lüftung möglich daher haben wir ein Türspalt offen gelassen um besser zu schlafen. Handtücher fehlanzeige bzw. bereits restlos ausverkauft.

Accueil déplorable, ne trouvent pas la réservation, nous ignorent lorsque nous demandons quelle solution pour passer la nuit, fait semblant de téléphoner pour ne pas nous parler, refuse de nous parler lorsque nous haussons le ton. Selon la directrice, nous devions comprendre que la femme de menage ne soit pas passée étant donné que l'hôtel était complet et qu'il peut y avoir des râtés. N'importe quoi!
Chambre pas faite, spaghettis, cheveux, papiers, poils sous le matelas. Sirop contre les radiateurs. Matelas avec grosses tâches brunes et lits pas faits.
WC: excréments dans et sur la cuvettes des 3 WC de l'étage, pas de pq, papiers collés aux murs et par terre, urine au sol et autour des WC.
Douches: papiers de sandwich dans la cabine, poils et touffes de cheveux collés aux parois des 2 cabines et au sol.
