location is great, hotel seems slightly older but totally no issues for me at all. when going for global, premium hotels, you wont go wrong. room is clean and have all we need! most importantly the free mini bar is a nice touch! staff are friendly & welcoming too!

This hotel is super close to Cologne Cathedral and the Cologne Central Station, just about a ten-minute walk, which is incredibly convenient. You can even see Cologne Cathedral from your room! The minibar drinks are complimentary, and the room itself is clean and tidy.

One of the best hotels I’ve visited. Beautiful spacious room with a king size bed and balcony and with drinks included. The room was extremely clean as well. The staff at reception were so friendly and made my stay so pleasant.

love pullman cologne! it’s a distance away from the train station but!! the service was great. our first room had leaking toilet and it was pretty noisy as the water wouldn’t stop flowing and they changed our room promptly. the drinks in the minibar were all free?! yes please!! the room is clean and service was great. will be back if i’m in the area.

You would expect more from a trusted international brand like Pullman and as an Accor member, unfortunately the service was truly disappointing! Chose the brand despite the location being some distance away from Hbf. The hotel check-in reception spoilt our experience - cut us off extremely rudely when we tried to check in and said she can only deal with check outs at that time. There were no queue and no crowd at that moment and she refused to process any administration. WHope Pullman can step up the customer service experience in future.

All wonderful experiences. I had the corner room with the balcony too. Only downside is the parking around here or the very expensive hotel parking.

Facilities: Quite new. Cleanliness: Spotless! Standard. Environment: The surrounding area is quiet! Cologne Cathedral is a 10-minute walk away. Service: The breakfast service is rich and varied!! If I come to Cologne again, I will choose this place!

The room was very large and spacious, and the facilities were complete. They even offered a free mini-bar that was refilled daily with beer and soda. The only slight drawback was that the hot water for the shower was a bit unstable on the first day.

Good clean place. Quiet neighbourhood. Good breakfast with good selection. Plus points for the available prosecco for breakfast.  :) The sauna facilities also a good addition to the stay. Unfortunately the rooftop bar was closed on our stay but we just went to the surrounding pubs.

I had an overall pleasant stay at the Pullman Hotel. The staff and facilities were good, and I enjoyed my time there. Unfortunately, on Thursday evening there was a water outage, so there was no running water until the next morning, and hot water was only restored around noon. This was inconvenient, but apart from that, my experience was positive.

It's about a 12 minute walk to the Cologne cathedral. The hotel is on the upscale side, has great amenities. A Nespresso machine w pods in the room and a few included minibar items. There are also qtips etc. The soap and shampoo smell very nice. The room is very spacious. I would just get rid of the office chairs without wheels. They also have a very uncomfortable design where the seat is tilted forward, do you slide forward when you sit in it. Also, the sheets are threadbare - I literally saw a hole in the sheets - doesn't really suit a hotel their caliber. Breakfast is excellent. Nice teas and coffee. Plenty of sweet and savory options, smoked salmon etc. I'd stay again.
