Great location near the iconic building Dom , Concierge staffs are friendly and caring ! Good services. Highly recommended

We’re really glad we chose to stay at CityClass Hotel am Dom. Just a little tip for future travelers – there’s another hotel with a similar name nearby under the same group, so double-check you’re at the right one! Since this was our second-to-last stop, our suitcases were already packed with souvenirs and memories. Carrying them up even just a few steps felt like a mini workout — but nothing we couldn’t manage. We arrived a bit earlier than the check-in time, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. After checking our details, they kindly stored our luggage so we could head out and enjoy the city without any hassle. The location is perfect – just a short stroll to Cologne Cathedral, Hohenzollern Bridge, and the charming Altstadt. Everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance. A great base for exploring Cologne!

The hotel is near the main train station of Cologne, making it very convenient. It also provides an astonishing view of the Cologne Cathedral.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location for visiting Köln Dom and the Christmas markets. Easy to walk from to other areas of Köln.

This hotel is located in the city center, near by the kolin church, shopping road and train station.Very clean and good room. But the front receptionist one fat girl is not friendly when I asked her the parking place. She only shows you a paper and told you to take photo of it, scan the address QR code and find the parking place by yourself. It's hard to find the correct direction for a new visitor. Besides this, everything is fine.

CityClass Hotel am Dom in Cologne is an excellent choice for a stay in the city. The location is perfect, just steps from the Cologne Cathedral and close to the main train station. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-soundproofed, ensuring a restful night. The breakfast is outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh options, including breads, pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Cologne!

The hotel is located in very good location just in from of the cathedral, and right in the corner you find a lot of pubs and bars and restaurants. It was great I recommend this

close to train station. however I did have a bit of difficulty finding a path to the hotel from the station. Google maps was showing me different directions - the problem is that the station is parallel to the dom and to get to the road level, you have to do down and not up the stairs to the dom. I did not use the facilities or the food. I did appreciate that they had water in the room and fruits at the reception area. They also had left luggage at no charge.

Bed is comfort and clean. New washroom. Nothing to complaint. Amazing place, just 5 minis walk from the train station. The famous chapel just few minutes from the hotel, have cafe and shops around.

Our stay was AMAZING! We enjoyed the view from our hotel room, we would love to visit again definitely. The front desk staffs are friendly and carpark nearby.
