Location is quite good, just 5min walk from the main train station. Room is spacious, it could fit two large suitcases, and there are many storage space for clothes.

Service to the room was quite below standard. You have to ask for coffee and tea and even with that they do not deliver. The front staff is great. The restaurant and bar are great for drinks and bites.

Very good location next to the central station and the cathedral. Rooms are clean and spacious, I would stay there again.

The hotel is nice, but slightly outdated. On the plus side, it's conveniently located, close to the train station and Cologne Cathedral. The staff is wonderful; one of the receptionists spoke Russian at check-out, which was unexpected and very nice. You can leave your suitcases when you check out. Excellent breakfasts. The bed is good. On the minus side, some things were a bit dirty, like the carpet, the bathtub, and the kettle inside.
