Good price and clean room. This is a perfect place for students who wanna save money.

Clean  room best servicefriendly and kind resection highly recommend to every family

Checkin was only possible via a tablet as there is no reception. There was only one available, and there was a long queue to check-in. 
Also the room was not cleaned in 4 days.
Overall, the room was really nice and the location was perfect!

The hotel is nicely decorated and quite quirky, the best thing was the glass wall in the bathroom which you can make opaque at the flick of a switch.  The air conditioning control was broken and the room was freezing. On chat with one if the staff who couldn’t do anything about it, my bedside light was also not working. There was a lot of wear and tear in the room, worn floors, lots of limescale on the shower heads, the overhead one was unusable it was so blocked up. We were offered bunk beds in a dorm as a room change which was totally unacceptable. Had we have been in Cologne for more than one night we would have definitely checked out.  Going paperless and peopleless is ok on paper but if something is broken you need to be able to provide someone to give maintenance when there is a problem, you can’t just offer bunk beds and fob someone off with a bit of a refund. The refund we received was about £7.50
