Views of the entire central part of Colombo from the balcony! A large apartment with everything you need.

I really liked the apartment; it has modern renovations and everything you need, plus a gorgeous view from the 37th floor! Self check-in is a breeze, and you can use the gym and pool. The location is great too, with cafes and shops nearby.

We liked the place. It was clean, and the bed linens were good. The complex has a gym, swimming pools, and relaxation areas. The location is very good. There's a supermarket, pizza place, and liquor store across the street.

The hotel has two rooms and two bathrooms, a balcony, and is equipped with a gas stove, pots, pans, and utensils, making it suitable for families who enjoy cooking. The only downside was that the booking stated check-in was at 10 AM and check-out at 3 PM the next day. However, upon arrival at the hotel, it was already past 2 PM and they still wouldn't let us check in. That evening, they contacted us to urge us to check out earlier, demanding 11 AM. Fortunately, we had Ctrip, which promptly protected our interests. The hotel's location is good, and the room type was satisfactory. The only drawback was the hotel's lack of integrity and rudeness.

Great location, but the apartment is already in need of renovation.

It was great. My first day in Sri Lanka. There were shopping malls nearby and transportation was convenient.

The doors to the master bedroom and bathroom didn't close properly, making a loud rattling noise even with the windows open for ventilation. I fixed it by folding a piece of paper and wedging it in the crack. The elevator broke down once, dropping from the 30th floor to the 29th floor – terrifying! I asked the staff, and they said it was nothing serious, a minor issue. 🤣 The three bedrooms were very comfortable, with great views and pleasant windows. There's a kitchen, a washing machine, and a balcony. Overall, it's pretty good.
