Very clean hotel, and ideal location right by the sea and central to a variety of restaurants and shops. Staff in particular are the nicest bunch, very polite and go out their way to be super accommodating, loved it so much stayed here twice - highly recommend!

Located along the coast overlooking the Indian Ocean south of Colombo, you can enjoy spectacular views from the restaurant and pool. The rooms are spacious and perfect, but the showers are heated by solar power, so the water isn't hot enough. Also, towels, shampoo, etc. were not replenished even for consecutive nights, and points were deducted for this point.

Except for the two hygienic guys, everything else is just so-so. Maybe the price is also on the low side, it cost 1560+ for 4 nights, not including breakfast. When you go in, the floor is sticky to your shoes. There is no laundry service. There were blood stains on the sheets. The experience is quite poor.
In addition, the location is good, you can look at the sea while lying on the bed.
There probably won't be a next time I check in.

The room is very clean and staff are polite. The sea view is very good and scenic. The rooms are comfortable with comfy beds and amenities were provided were top notch. The hotel is situated in the middle of the colombo city and easy to find.

Stayed here coinciding with New Year's Eve 2024 and joined the gala dinner dance party which was amazingly organised and fun. My wow moment was winning the title of "Mirage Queen"! Got to interact with lovely people from different parts of the world during the event. I specially loved watching trains pass by. Great location, beach view, yummy food, superb staff! Highly recommended!

Labor Justice and Research Guarantee Limited hosted a five-day international conference at Mirage, and it surpassed all expectations. The event was a resounding success, largely due to the exceptional hospitality and accommodating attitude of the staff towards last-minute changes. Despite encountering some challenging issues during the conference, the staff and management handled them efficiently and provided us with excellent support. We would love to return to host another event at this venue and highly recommend it for any official gatherings.
