Amazing room, very helpful and attentive staff. Staff could a smile a little more but everything was how I wanted it and they were extremely helpful. Rooms were in amazing condition and it was clean and the restaurant “Grillo’s downstairs was fantastic

The location of the hotel is good. It is a wealthy area nearby and there is not much traffic. The hotel facilities need to be renovated and updated.

A well-maintained property located in a posh area in the heart of the city and close to spots like Gangaramaya temple. Comfortable rooms and room service is prompt. They can also arrange taxis on request. They have a restaurant downstairs. We would recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Colombo.

The stay was very very comfortable because of the staff and clean rooms. Nafeel was a gem! he helped us with train booking, went out of the way to know the timings and booking status. Prompt room service. In his absence other staff members were equally helpful and kind. Loved the stay!

We stayed one night here and booked two rooms. The rooms are simple yet clean and spacious. We didn't try the restaurant downstairs but food look delicious. The staff was helpful and friendly, too. Location is great with options of dining places nearby.

We booked a room for a one night stay about a week before and when we turned up for the check in, they said their ACs are not working. They wasted our time and put us in a very difficult position. The staff was extremely unprofessional and they knew about the AC issue about 2 days prior to the booking but still didn’t inform us. We had to go in search of other places by ourselves. I will never go there. They gave us a very bad experience.
