The environment is very good, the space is large and spacious, the air conditioning is powerful, the bathroom is powerful, there is a large cloakroom and dining cabinet, and the terrace is beautiful. Even the curtains look great. Very good value for money!

The air conditioning doesn't work. But it's cheap so it's ok...

Overall liked the hotel, for me the location of hotel worked as I was visiting friend and he lived close by. You are only a short Tuk Tuk away from major attraction’s and public buses pass by frequently. Room itself good size, bed is on a raised platform (maybe about 8 inches) and then the lower section is like a lounge area with a couch, coffee table. Bathroom the same shower is on a raised platform. Be mindful that reception is not 24 hours. I had a late night and come back at 2.00am and couldn’t get into the hotel, after about 10 minutes standing outside banging on door and pressing buzzer the night time security guy must have woken up and let me in.

A truly satisfying hotel stay more than just a room, my room was cosy and clean. Excellent location middle of Colombo, walking distance to transport and shops, front desk staff were very attentive, professional and friendly. good value for money!

Terrible stay, We have stayed on 18th April, one night, Room not clean properly, very tiny room the value of money was not worth, You can’t Oder any food when we asked staff say go outside and buy, The manager comes on 19th around 12:30pm asked to check out right now as the check out time was at 12. I have asked to give us 20 minutes to pack the luggage which he refused, it’s seems they kick us out, Hotel is not safe to stay, and very expensive compared to other hotels not even similar to pictures which they uploaded, Not recommended at all,

Modest and decent small hotel - we were happy there and felt safe. Good location, friendly staff, good shower (water pressure, cleanliness etc), beds were firm and good, no elevator (if that matters to you). If we could have spent a little more we would have, but for the price this place is good.

The best place to stay in Colorado. Close to all main attractions and shopping center. Villa manager Chitru is very courteous and friendly. Helped us in all aspects (where to go, what to shop etc) room service and cleanliness on par with any star hotel. Highly recommended for stay in colombo.

Best hotel situated in Colombo 08. Very clean and neat room with balcony .comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast ,you can order different type of breakfast.Also they serve lunch and dinner Best location ,Close to city center , Kind and best staff

Excellent service and clean well equipped rooms. Quiet place considering the busy location. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Kannan Ravindu were excellent. Meals were good. The front desk was very helpful

We visited Rockwell Colombo in late January for 7 but we stay Rockwell only 2 day's with my family and we had very bad experience in Rockwell. My Room missing basic needs. 1. Clothes hanger. 2. Dressing table. 3. iron. 4. bed duvet cover very dirty even I see few bloods dot. 5. ceiling fan very noisy. 6. Behind the bed headboard floor not clean maybe never after opening. Very dirty. 7. Toilet need two bath mat. This all the feedback from the room that I stay. Room name paris. Other than everything is good. All the staff very Friendliness. special thanks Fiona Fernando she is the best.

Honestly, the location is quite a tight spot however, it is conveniently near some nice cafes which you SHOULD consider visiting if you like Authentic Japanese food/Manga. The Place was clean and the staff was welcoming and polite. The check in was very fast and we were directed to the room. YES, there is a lot of stairs depending on which floor you get the room, I was on the 3rd floor so it was basically my Cardio for the day. The room was just like the images. Clean, spacious and definitely well looked after. The TV however was not working regardless what we tried however that is just a tiny irrelevant issue. The Washroom was clean too and we were allowed to bring our friends however the only downside is they request visitors to leave by 8pm which I feel should be kept until 12am instead. Gives more time for those early leavers to spend time with their friends Overall Great stay.
