Two cars can be parked at the entrance of the hotel. The room I booked has a balcony. Drinking tea or something at night is still very good! !! !! The service attitude is super good ♥ ️ When I checked in, my brother helped me to bring my luggage into the house, and when I checked out, he helped me downstairs ~ I checked out in the lobby and waited for my boyfriend. The manager immediately helped me turn on the air conditioner and asked me if I Juice 🍹🥰 super nice. At first I planned to set a day to see how to think about booking in the next few days ... As a result, the room was full. I will go again next time.

Wonderful experience to staying in the important architecture. The site is originally owned the De Saram bros. and given to the Bawa trust then became an accommodation for public. The building is renovated by Geoffrey Bawa, so it’s must visit for architects and designers. The building is in good condition, it’s not for luxury but for indifferent experience. The master staff is really nice and knowledgeable, he kindly showed me other rooms! I had a pleasant and precious experience here. Note: wifi and hot water is really good. Breakfast is international style. (non Sri Lankan) The main entrance is really deep from the street, you just ring the bell of the huge black gate.

Nice guest house. The owners are generally charming people. We met, accommodated, told and showed everything. There is a kitchen with everything you need. In the morning, the hostess prepared a delicious breakfast and helped call a taxi. In general, I had a good impression. From this place it is convenient to get to the airport. If you have a late check-in, it is better to notify the hosts in advance.

Manipati Hotel in Colombo, an old house built in 1906, was once the private residence of the Correa family. Stepping into the hotel, it feels like traveling through time and space, and deeply appreciates the texture polished by time. The hotel cleverly retains the original colonial architectural details and historical and cultural atmosphere. The hotel has only a few rooms, and my room was unexpectedly upgraded with a small garden. A chair and a small coffee table in the corner became a good place for me to read. In the morning, squirrels jumped between the trees, green parrots played on the white walls, and I enjoyed a quiet time in the swimming pool in front of the door. Thank you!

The front desk offers Mandarin-speaking services, ensuring smooth communication, and the staff are friendly and proactive in providing assistance. Overall, this hotel has a very distinctive character. If you value the convenience of a ”Chinese stomach” and ”Mandarin” while traveling, it's worth considering. Personally, I feel it's incredibly affordable for its location, making it a top choice for business travel. The owner is a nice person from Lankao and will provide travelers with necessary information.

The room was clean and offered a view of the Lotus Tower. There is also a restaurant on the rooftop. The front desk staff were polite, spoke good English, and recommended attractions within a 20-minute walk. They also gave us a refrigerator magnet as a gift. The hotel has security stationed in the lobby. However, the soundproofing in the room wasn't the best. We could hear people talking in the hallway, and in the morning, there was noise from cawing crows and broadcast announcements. Overall, it represents good value for the price.
