Best hotel in the springs.

I just had such a wonderful check-in experience that I felt compelled to share. From the moment I arrived, Homewood Suites Representative, Thalia, at the front desk made everything effortless and welcoming. She was genuinely friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Her warm smile and positive attitude truly represented the face of Hilton at its very best. After a long day of travel, her kindness made a beautiful and refreshing start to my business trip. It’s always appreciated when someone goes the extra mile to ensure guests feel valued and comfortable, and Thalia absolutely did just that. Thank you for setting such a positive tone for my stay — I’m looking forward to the rest of my visit!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and just had to share how great it was! First off, Kristine and Anthony are genuinely awesome people — professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Their customer service is through the roof, and every interaction made me feel welcome and appreciated. It’s clear this place treats its staff really well, and that kind of positive energy carries through to guests every step of the way. Thanks Kristine for allowing me to use one of your meeting rooms for a quick meeting. One of the highlights for us was the snacks and food they had out for the Super Bowl — it was a huge plus and honestly made the whole experience even more fun and memorable. Whether you’re grabbing a bite before heading out or settling in for the big game, the selection was awesome and added a great touch to our stay. We’ve stayed twice, both times the room was spotless. The staff is always friendly and the location is perfect for our purposes.

The room was nice, but the walls were very thin and I could hear my neighbors talking all night, to the point where it sounded like they were in the room with us. I did let the staff know and they were responsive, but unfortunately the noise continued. They offer a continental breakfast, but there was very little left even though we arrived first thing in the morning. That said, the price was very reasonable, and for the cost it was still a decent stay.

The staff was fantastic. Many convenient things like the bistro in lobby the food available at front desk was so very convenient. Having the kitchen area and island seating was really nice. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!! Will definitely be back

Room was not cleaned out throughly. Found hair under the sheets, there were soda and water bottles behind the night stand, and coffee pot had used pods in it.

Nice facilities, the room is great, clean and neat. Everything is good. I really like it. Recommended 100%
