Great location I think the people at the front desk is awesome morning and night shift I think I might have met all the front desk employees

The property needs updates as the cold wind blew through the gaps in the door. I heard the tv on all night in an adjoining room.

It was horrible. Door's slamming all night People fighting and yelling all through the night. I was woken up 5 times before heading to the office and having staff tell me how I should feel. Ghetto,unsafe, questionable.

The room was fairly clean, but hair in the corners and stuck to the duvet was kind of yucky. There was also a musty/moldy smell in the room that was hard to get rid of. But we appreciated the inexpensive rate, close access to Colorado College, free parking, frig and microwave, and hair dryer included.

Our stay at Econolodge was overall pleasant with the exception of the evening clerk who we checked in. I believe her name was Angel. She was not courteous or helpful at all. We asked for extra pillows and towels for our room and she told us we would have to get them from the housekeeping staff in the morning. The next day we asked the morning desk clerk and he provided them for us immediately. The room was in good condition and the price for the hotel was reasonable, but based on our unpleasant experience with the clerk who checked us in I am not sure we would stay there again.

Big room and clean. Great value. 15 min walk to downtown Colorado Springs. Staff was very nice.

Accommodations were basic but satisfactory. The outside area around the property was a bit shabby, but did not feel unsafe.

Room wasn’t very clean. The place vas fairly run down. When I made the reservation it said there was breakfast, there wasn’t. Only snacks

My room was clean. The lady who checked me in after my flight was delayed several hours was very nice and professional. The property was quiet at night. I did not see any of the problems mentioned in other reviews. The property is basic with no frills and inexpensive.
