Moxy Columbia Downtown

Highly recommend this downtown Columbia hotel! The location is perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendly and welcoming service. One of the highlights was the food truck in the lobby, serving up delicious eats that added to the overall experience. Can't wait to come back!

i have no idea why this is listed as 2 stars. thr room was on smaller size but the building dictated that. the staff was great, the atmosphere was top notch, location was ideal. will be staying here again. its not listed but check in included a welcome drink, the themeing was on point , the only downsides were poor sound isolation.

Valet and adjacent parking garages and lots are sketch. Had to safely in a garage 4 blocks away

The room was so small, we barely had room to walk. The location is downtown, so it was noisy and they do not have a parking lot. You either have to pay for valet or pay for parking at the parking meters. Speaking of valet parking, we were charged twice for valet parking when we did not use it at all. Please review receipt to make sure there are no additional charges. Also, one of the staff was rude when we mentioned the valet charges. There was no microwave in the room. We booked the queen size room. The shower is nice and that is the only thing nice I can say about the room. Will we be returning in the future? No!! It was not for us and what we are used to when staying at a hotel. But try it for yourself. You may have a different experience.

Rooms are sooooo tiny and no closets or extra space. Not worth the money. Smaller than a NYC hotel.

Location was fabulous a total city vibe . A lot happening . Just a little noisy . But they do provide sleep sound machines . I would stay there again

Clean room and location is right in the heart of Columbia. We were very disappointed by the fact that there was an issue with the room keys during our stay, very inconvenient to have to go downstairs to get a staff member to let us into our room every time we left. It’s also very loud + didn’t get much sleep due to sounds outside all through the night.

I did not like the homosexual comment that the he she that checked me in to hotel.The hotel was not eqipped tp valet a motorcycle and it was bery inconvienant having to leave the bike in a wide open unsecured lot and then having to wasl a good ways with bags

The hotel room was entirely too small making the stay uncomfortable. The hotel amenities bar/ restaurant are nice but for stay go somewhere else.
