The House of Verde!! Located near USC, Ft. Jackson and Downtown Columbia.

Unit was clean and had necessities. You will need to take your own extra toilet paper and paper towels.

Very convenient for our needs. The layout was great. Simple check in and out. Clean and very inviting, we enjoyed the stay. Comfortable beds for a restful night! Quaint neighborhood.

Safety issue. A couple of plugs didn't work and all need to be checked. One was protruding from wall. Also we needed a plunger for toilet- none to be found. Bathroom sink was clogged when we first arrived. Other than that beds and linens in good condition as well as kitchen. (plates didn't fit in microwave) but appliances worked well. It was fairly close to base which we appreciated.

No kitchen wasn't fully equipped but that wasn't our interest this time

We enjoyed our stay! Perfectly located in a cute historic neighborhood! The kids loved the big yard area to toss the football. Felt safe and cozy. Will definitely book a stay here again.

We had a great time in Columbia and this little apartment fit our needs perfectly. It is located in an older charming neighborhood and it is near restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment was clean and had all the basics. Host was accommodating and easily accessible for any questions.

Apartment was VERY convenient to our venue - bar of soap i left was better than what was supplied- towels were exceptionally nice smelling and beds were comfy

Great base to explore the city. We walked everywhere. Quiet cozy .
