Absolute nightmare of a stay. Upon checking into my room, it was immediately clear that the bed linens had not been washed from the previous guest—there were visible stains and hair on the sheets. Finding unwashed, dirty bedding is completely unacceptable, disgusting, and poses a major health and sanitation issue. This completely ruined my experience and comfort. I expected a basic standard of cleanliness, and this fell completely short. I have taken photographic evidence of the condition of the bed. I want management to contact me immediately regarding a full refund or a voucher for a future free night stay to make this right. Do not ignore this.

Room was exceptionally clean, bed was comfortable, sofa for relaxing, desk for writing or using your laptop, nice sized TV. In room, hot tub for those long days. Everything was perfect.

I found it to be convenient to Columbus, the breakfast area was clean and the food was excellent. Staff was friendly and the room was very nice and spacious.

We picked this hotel as it had decent ratings but once we checked in everything went downhill. The parking is VERY limited and there are notices in the lobby stating that you can't park in the neighboring lots or risk being towed. Guests were having to park in no parking areas that are for emergency vehicles. When entering our room we found it EXTREMELY musty smelling and very damp, even the sheets were damp. My daughter likened it to how it felt when staying in Punta Cana, PR. The mattresses on both beds were visibly broken and super soft. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa bed and when I went to the front desk to get some the desk clerk said he did not have any and no access to the laundry room. When I commented on how our room/bed was I was informed that there wasn't anything that could be done about it. I made comments to the day shift both days that we were there, with the same comments of there was nothing they could do about it. We left a day early.

The room was quiet and comfortable, but not luxurious or finely appointed. It did have nice toiletries in the bath. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was entirely adequate with popular choices including omelets, sausage and bacon. Some features of the hallways showed wear and tear. The property was older but had evidently undergone some renovation and upgrading, but not 100 percent. It was however a very good value for the money.

I only stayed for one night for the Bruno concert, but the staff were super nice, their pool is nice too. It's heated and there's a hot tub. I definitely love that but overall, I would stay there again.

I had left something in the room and the hotel manager, went out of his way to return the item to us.
