The blanket, curtains and lamp had blood stains on them or at least it looked like blood stains. The vent above the shower stayed on for a couple of minutes and would shut off. And the deadbolt on the door wouldn't lock. I should get part of my money back honestly. That makes no sense.

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. This place was so clean and comfy that I felt sorry that I stayed only one night. I’m doing cross country and every night is staying in a different place. There will be more BW’s, so I will see if this is the case across the country.

The water in the pool was a milky white and the water in the hot tub was a light shade of brown. The sheett on the bed had blood on it. We reported it to management and they were very courteous and helpful by giving us a refund and we left. So technically we did not stay, we were only in the room long enough to see the dirty bed.

Our room smelled like smoke and cigarettes bad. Plus our ac sounded like a plane taking off. Staff was amazing though

The hot tub was good, it wasn’t the cleanest but I planned on taking a shower to clean off regardless so it didn’t both me. The staff were super friendly and the location was convenient. Only thing to be mindful of is the sound in the building travels. We were woken up throughout the night to other guests going in and out of their rooms.

We were upset that the pool was closed since I choose a hotel specifically for a pool but other than that all was good. Good breakfast.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! All the staff is super friendly, good breakfast, & SUPER clean! Pool area was very clean as well! Shout out to Heather & Joann who went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable!
