I'm absolutely 💯 disgusted with the fact tht my Girlfriend and I were bit by bedbugs which are very small can't be seen the 1 found I killed it & it caused the blood to explode out of the bug itself so immediately Rinsed off my hands in the sink .Nobody has time to take a pic of something tht was filled with blood & I demand my refund of $96 !!! Not some ********** butcoins

Nothing special about this place. The room was comfortable, the elevator worked, and it was generally quiet. There was sufficient parking and it was close to the venue we were attending. Breakfast left a bit to be desired as we got some sort of dried out egg until fresh came out after wards. The diced potatoes were also a bit dry but it is buffet-style so it was what it was. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

It was just ok for a night. Nothing too special. It was clean, but there was a lot of noise and activity at night. The location was decent, as we were visiting OSU.

The staff was helpful and friendly. It’s a basic hotel. Kind of noisy in the halls at night as the hotel was full and there were several events in town. Security helped us find a parking space so that was nice. Room right next to the elevator not so much. Overall a decent one night stay

The breakfast does leave room to be desired. It was fine just not much to choose from. My issue was during one night the police had to escort out the person in the room next to me. I had called down to the desk as he was banging the walls, screaming, breaking things in his room, slamming the door and trying to open the doors across the hall. The staff never followed up on the issue and the manager never even spoke to me. It was 500 a night and they offered 10% off. I know they can’t control the people but I could over hear them talking to the police about comping the room and how much they were charging. My one night was ruined and at times were a bit nerving since he started venturing into the hall. I feel a steeper discount on the night would have been more appropriate.

The rooms were fairly clean. Beds comfortable. Loved all of the pillows. Apparently black out curtains have become an extra amenity at some hotels but this one still had them at no extra charge. Breakfast was good. Little crowded but the food selection was good. No issues with parking. The street is a little hard to find because it looks like an alley. Close to the expo if you’re needing that. The pool was actually warm and decently clean. They allowed us to swim until 10pm. No noise issues after hrs. Basically a decent hotel for the price these days

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet and the front desk staff was kind. Good value for being so close to OSU.

Breakfast was ice cold! But at least the hotel at free parking and the property itself was close to downtown Columbus

Property is old and outdated. No towels at the pool. Ice machine not working. Definitely not worth $160/night
