the breakfast is fine: hot-ish buffet. (you can make your own waffle, egg & cheese, sausage, biscuit) the motel is clean. i had no problem with my room, and everything seems to work fine. you get what you pay for, and this is a little better than what you pay for.
what you don't get is a warm room. i realize last night was cold, but: the weather*****ping on the door is visibly bad, i can feel a draft when i sit at the work desk, and the curtain is positioned over the air conditioner/heater, so that when it turns on and blows air, instead of going into the room, it goes up between the curtain and the window, blowing the curtain out but keeping most of the heat away. i woke up cold, had to put on a sweater, and at one point considered putting on a coat, as well -- despite the heater being turned up to 80. i can feel the hot air coming out, it's just going out the window or the door.

Property was old but clean enough. My main problem was with other clientele not really the property itself. Still I would stay here again if I had to.

It was a basic hotel room, no frills. But the room was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. It was in a very convenient location and we felt safe. We would stay here again.

They had loud music playing in the parking lot all night long. The bathroom was dirty with markings on the walls and the dresser was missing a drawer.

Quiet property and about a 30 minute drive from Starkville, MS. Relatively close to the usual shopping places and the staff was warm and welcoming.

The frudge was tearing up and needed defrosting. The bathroom ceiling was water stained and molded. Staff was exceptionaly friendly.

We booked a nonsmoking room but it smelled of smoke when we checked in. The breakfast was horrible. The omelets were hard as a brick

Lights in bathroom did not work. There was a short in the switch. All the lamps were rusted.
TV in main lobby was on but was not working properly. Breakfast was average at best.
