Location is great the staff was very helpful. Just missing room slippers , having them would make it excellent.

Quite close to Convention Centre. It only took me less than 10 mins to walk from Hotel to Convention Centre. Also, you have a variety of food around the hotel.

The room has a lot of American elements and is decorated in a very stylish way. In addition, the location is very good, in Short North Columbus, which can be said to be the most lively street in the whole Columbus. There are many delicious foods around, and it is also convenient to go to Downtown and OSU. The only drawback is that the coffee in the hotel room is really awful, too sour. And then the hotel guests have to pay $37 a day for parking, which is too unreasonable.

The property was clean and safe. The beds are very low to the ground and pretty soft so it is kind of comical to get in and out of the bed. The room is generally pretty dark. There are also a lack of outlets in the room.. so plugging in a laptop or phone isn't exactly easy. The coffee in the room is instant coffee which ok, but to plug in the kettle is a total hassle.

We've stayed here before and like it!! Rooms are a little small but it is in the City. Everything is clean and the staff are all very nice. They forgot to clean our room but when they found out they did come immediately to get the towels and trash. We will definitely stay there again.

Hotel lobby & bar is very cute, staff is nice and rooms are nice (a little small but decorated well). Location is in the center of everything -- bars, restaurants, shopping -- all on this strip. It's also dog-friendly which was the reason we picked it! Would def recommend!

I had a nice stay at Graduate by Hilton Columbus. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very central downtown, which made it convenient for getting around. My only downside was the parking, which was $40 per day, but otherwise it was a solid stay.
