Staybridge Suites COLUMBUS OSU-MEDICAL CENTER by IHG

I can't find Room cleaning information and no sheets change during 6 nights stay. Free Landry machines are provided. Wonderful. Gym and Pool are provided. Kitchen is good, but no drinking water bottle is provided.

Staff were very helpful. Did not know there was a parking fee until the day of and was offered a cheaper rate if paid in cash which was odd ($25 down to $15). Gates close at night for security to parking lot. There was food left in the refridgerater when we arrived. A/C did not work in the bedroom but did in the living room. Stayed in room 502. Bed was comfortable and clean. Floors could have been swept a little bit better especially in bathroom. Refrigerator and dishwasher were stainless steel and dented but seemed to work fine just looks bad. We didn't use them so didn't really bother us. Shower was great and shampoos, conditioners, and lotion were Dove.

I booked my trip for May 2026 in June 2025. A week before my trip the manager from the hotel called me to say they canceled my reservation. Left me stranded. ******* had all the way through confirmed the reservation. Cost me extra for a last-minute booking at an inferior hotel.

Walked to the concert at the shoe….easy walk, no need for an uber. Breakfast was good and had the basics. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Please address the following at the gym: NO wipes to wipe down equipment. NO hand sanitizer. NO AED in the gym—the posting says to call the front desk for a first aid kit but if someone has a cardiac event they will need more than a first aid kit.

We stayed here with a group of four adults and two children, and the space worked really well for us. There was room for everyone to spread out comfortably, which made the stay easy and enjoyable. The hotel was clean, which we really appreciated, and overall it felt like a good value for the price point. The amenities matched expectations—nothing overly luxurious, but everything we needed was there. The breakfast was fine and did the job, and the staff stood out as especially friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There were a few downsides. The beds were just okay—not the most comfortable—and the pull-out sofa was quite poor, which could be an issue depending on your group’s sleeping arrangements. Also worth noting: the pool towels were surprisingly small. Overall, this was a solid, comfortable stay that met our needs well, especially for a larger group traveling together at an affordable price point.

Staff was friendly and informative. Free breakfast and dinner which was available three nights a week is a plus, just wish snacks were cheaper or some vending machines

Staff was very friendly and cordial, room was very clean and had plenty of towels and things like dish liquid and paper towels for room.

Overall the hotel was very nice looking; bed was comfy and room was spacious. Kitchen was great to have! What causes the 3/5 stars is that each time we entered our room it smelled like toilet water. Not sure why but it was unpleasant. The shower is also very small. If you have muscular or broad back expect to stand sideways when showering, as it’s a very narrow shower/tub.
