The apartment has a great location, close to the train station and pier, and many restaurants nearby. However, there was no washing machine, nor a place to hang wet towels and clothes. We stayed for four days and only received two bath towels, a foot mat, and a few small towels. The bath towels and foot mat got wet and could only be left in the bathroom, where they couldn't dry at all! It was extremely unhygienic to reuse them! The person who contacted me said someone would come to clean in three days, but no one came, so the towels weren't changed, and the trash wasn't taken out! There were also no replacement trash bags in the room!

In any hotel you will be offered a room of 12-17 m., good location, everything is within walking distance) and a lake. Availability of a kitchen and oven. Who needs it - will understand. Friendly host. The bathroom is gorgeous! Jacuzzi for two, beautiful shower for two (two shower heads), bidet. Terrace with a view of the old days))) complete relaxation. Con - well, if you expect breakfast from the owner, it will not be there, the stairs are steep. The elevator goes to the 2nd floor. You need to drag a suitcase up a narrow spiral staircase to the penthouse, but the owner helped me

The location is good, between the train station and the pier, both within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, a one-bedroom apartment. The staff were very helpful and patient. Although it's advertised as a 4-star hotel, costing nearly 2000 RMB per night, it's actually an apartment; there's no front desk or sign. The hotel wanted to contact us in advance to inform us of arrangements, but unlike AirBin, they couldn't be reached directly. Upon arrival, we had to call the owner via internet phone to arrange for pickup. Since there was no front desk, we could only store our luggage until 4 PM. Being aware of these details beforehand prevented any major problems.
