The place was nice, very clean and the staff were very nice too. Helpful and friendly. But, there was only the double bed in the double room which was slightly too small for a couple travelling with just hand luggage. There was an additional chair and a mini desk, but not great for working. We were tripping over our things. The low score for amenities was because there was no where to sit outside of the room. There was a neglected rooftop, which has a great view, but no chairs in reception or anywhere else. There was one chair in the room, so as a couple, we were always sat on or sleeping in the bed. It felt that if there was one less room on each side on each floor, the rooms would be big enough to be comfortable. The fire escape stairs were not very safe looking with large gaps and what seemed like one missing on each stairway. We did enjoy our stay there but had to find somewhere with a bit more space so that we could feel like we weren't in bed all the time. As a sign ngle traveller the room would have been suitable. The extractor in the bathroom was also very loud and so, it would disturb one or the other if we were sleeping and the other person used the bathroom.
The staff were very nice.
