The fact that they were charging bottles of water in the room wasn't Ok.

Hotel was under construction, pool was not in service and while there someone got stuck in the elevator!

Yes , very clean . They were doing construction , so pool was closed . Staff at front desk ( Crystal) was great ! Very accomodating and professional . Would recommend .

AC made a loud banging sound every time it started and stopped. No coffee maker in the room. Terrible mattress, it’s sagging. my back hurts. No shampoo and conditioner, bottles were empty. Showered with water only.

The room was in good condition, the front desk staff was good. Conducted renovation during the week, was unable to sleep Saturday due to the constance banging from work being done on the property.

We had to leave early as the shower water was off or scalding !! Room was large and clean Check in person was rude and also did not explain the fees One oddity The motion sensor for the bathroom was located near the sink When you walked into the room the bathroom light came on But when you showered or used the toilet th light went off — we had to yell out from the bathroom every 30 seconds to move so we would be in there in the dark Seems like that sensor should have been linked to the sink light not the shower light

The hotel did its best to accommodate us; however, ********** was very disappointing, as they only gave generic, by-the-book responses instead of trying to find a solution in an urgent situation.

Room clean, easy parking, nice location. Would have loved the hot tub though to have been working.
