Comfortable room with plenty of space. Clean but a bit old and dated. Well insulated walls so no noise. Has a small pool. Pet friendly. Breakfast was ok.

Nice modern hotel; toilet in Room 313 failed to flush every other time, and I had to open the back up for the water to refill. Excellent shower strength. One elevator was out at rush hour, causing delays during check-out/breakfast time. My medium size dog was welcomed. Noisy weekend with screaming kids running in the halls past midnight. Pillows ridiculously soft.

When I presented my reservation to check in, they checked us into a smaller less expensive room without telling us. When we realized it after taking all our bags to the room, I went to the front desk and they told me they were sold out of my reserved larger room. I reserved it two months prior to check in. I asked for a refund and they said the smaller room was the same cost. I told them we were not happy and felt we deserved a refund. They said I had to contact ********** since I booked it through them. ********** gave me their same responce after they contacted Hilton. We are being ripped off by one of them or maybe both? We have an open case number with ********** for this but their AI system doesn't understand and cannot answer us?

Room was spotless and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Nice to have a big fridge and having dishes with a dishwasher.

After a major snow storm the parking was good. the facility clean and room was comfortable

Room was clean and a good size. Housekeeping was by request and was professional. Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful

Problems with the toilet not working properly. No snow removal in the parking area until three days late. Subpar breakfast. Good coffe though Desk chair in the room not adjustable. Very low and uncomfortable.
