"My mother already book another hotel for her holiday in singapore, but after I check the hotel not seems ok. So I dive to trip app and found this hotel, after checking several reviews from another booking. I do believe this hotel will make my mother feel grateful. And yes for sure From the staff (Bernard) guide how to check in and allow my sibling to use the toilet and keep the luggage before check in. "Well appointed hotel in a great central location for exploring Singapore. Close to MRT and easily accessible. Being on the doorstep of Little India there isn’t much variety to restaurant options without walking a decent distance.  Swimming pool was lovely. Laundry machines a really positive bonus.  The coffee machine was out of order more often than it worked but a minor issue. Free drinking water fountains also a plus."

"The window was on the ceiling, completely blocking any view outside, and it was impossible to reach or open. On the upside, the cleanliness was pretty good; it felt very clean as soon as I walked in. The hotel warned it might be a bit noisy, but that was a huge understatement. Every night, there were motorcycles roaring by, like a constant street parade. Plus, it's very close to 'special services' and there are a lot of 'health and wellness' businesses nearby."

"Because of the Home Improvement Programme, my daughter & I decided to stay here. We enjoyed our stay. Getting halal food was not an issue for us. Going to the Sultan Mosque was just a walk away. Amenities in the hotel are good except that there is no bidet spray available in the toilet. A special mention to one of the cleaners, Mr Raihan, he did a good job in maintaining the cleanliness of the room. He provided me with my requests for extra floor towels, toilet papers, etc. I managed to see him during his cleaning duty before my check out and thanked him. Overall my stay together with my daughter had been a pleasant one. Will definitely recommend the Serviced Suite to friends."

"The room was spacious. Beds are comfortable. Water pressure in the toilet is strong. Toilet comes with a bidet. Our room was cleaned and well organized daily. Elevators in the building are fast and working fine. Only down side is that there is no train or bus station nearby, but there were no problems hailing cabs or booking cars via Grab/Gojek. Checking in and out of the hotel was also quick and easy. Will definitely stay here again."

"The locations is excellent; only a 2-minute walk to the nearest MRT station. The quality of the room is also good while still being reasonable in price. I like how it comes with a bidet too in Singapore, slippers, and water dispenser in a shared room. However, you can tell the building is quite old; maybe the refurbishing process missed some of the old cracks and blemishes. One thing that can be improved is the amenities; it would be great if we get face cloths, non-watered-down hand soap and facial tissues. Overall, this hotel is quite good for its price"

"A good value for money if you can find it cheaply, but there are also some issues. While the room itself is very small, it is functional enough for a single person and there is a big communal common room with an attached big kitchen that somewhat helps. However, the AC cuts off when you're not in the room, so after a couple of hours in the heat outside you return to a sauna... And all of these heating and cooling cycles also create havoc with the humidity in the room, that's probably why it slightly smells of mold. The big communal kitchen also stinks of mildew, probably due to a faulty AC there... The communal washer and dryer were also very nice to have, but they were super expensive - $8 for washing and at least $8 more for drying). The person at reception also didn't know how to operate them very well, but they weren't very difficult to figure out."

"We had a fantastic stay. The two bedroom apartment was modern in design like in the photos, well maintained, with 3 toilets/shower. The kitchenette came with enough pots and utensils for simple cooking. There is coin laundry available and a tiny pool on the roof with nice view. Best of all, the staffs were all very welcoming and accommodating, with special thanks to Jamie at the reception. She was most helpful and understanding. It made our stay a pleasure and we actually extended it. It was also a 5 min walk to Havelock MRT (exit 3 and 5) with plenty of eateries nearby."
