Living on the 21st floor with sea view, constantly heard wave noise, always signaling drivers every 5 seconds, everything is heard in the hotel. "This isn't a bad hotel, right on the first line. They have their own sun loungers, but only 24 of them for the entire hotel. If you want to relax by the sea, it's best to come in the morning. The pool is excellent and quite large. Breakfasts aren't very varied, but there's always something to choose from. The staff is excellent and always helpful. We had issues with the lock; they immediately changed the batteries upon request, and then the lock itself. There's a decent gym with all the necessary equipment. The rooms themselves are nice but a bit tired. Oiling the door hinges and tightening the handles would already make a better impression. If you book a room with a sea view, you'll hear everyone partying in the evening. Overall, it's a 4-star hotel, not the 5 they claim."

"I stayed at this hotel for 4 days in room A028 on the 28th floor. Pros: 1. The beach is a 2-minute walk away, and the city center is nearby. 2. When you book at reception, you are assigned a manager who will immediately send you all the information about the hotel via WhatsApp: breakfasts, additional services, etc. (I had questions and sent them via WhatsApp, and the manager resolved them all and responded quickly). 3. The mountain view is simply stunning. I especially appreciate the table and chairs on the balcony, where you can drink coffee in the morning and enjoy the sunrise. 4. Clothes hangers on the balcony - believe me, this is worth it. A vacation is great, but you have to wash your laundry by hand. 🙈 No other hotel I've stayed at had a dryer, so I had to dry it on whatever my dad had, and you can also hang up a towel to dry. 5. An iron in the room ❤️ (usually in In hotels, you have to ask for an iron at reception. 6. The bed is super soft, I slept well. 7. The air conditioning works perfectly. 8. They never ran out of my room once—they were probably more afraid of me than I was of them 🤣 2. It can take ten minutes to get in or go down to your floor because you're standing in line—it's really annoying, and the elevator is always packed—except, of course, at night, especially around lunchtime. There are about eight elevators, but only two are actually working. I can't say this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, but it's not the best either. My rating is probably 8 out of 10 (I'm taking off only because of the cockroaches and the elevator)."

"Fantastic location, right in the heart of Nha Trang, surrounded by countless cafes and shops! The room was incredibly cozy, with a comfortable and spotless bed. A washing machine was available (we didn't use it, so can't speak to its functionality). The bathroom had a small window offering a sea view (note: it's an open vent, not glassed, so it allows air through). The only minor drawback was the lack of a ramp, meaning we had to lug our heavy suitcases up about 10 steps ourselves."

"This is a very busy 40-story hotel building, housing two hotels. The good thing is that it offers a sea view. The room was cheap, but it was quite old with a musty smell. There were four pillows, all of which smelled, so we slept without using them. You can see the sunrise over the sea. There are 9 elevators, but you still have to wait a very long time to use them. You need to factor in about 20 minutes for elevator travel, whether going up or down, because it's a 40-story building with a lot of people."

Cons: Poor soundproofing (car horns can be heard from the road in the morning, and music in the evening, in our case, on the 8th floor). ✔ Food: There are restaurants and bars (for a fee) - overall, not bad. ✔ Service: The staff is polite and responsive, and they resolved issues quickly, thanks to them, but there were huge lines at reception upon check-in. ✔ Facilities: There's a swimming pool, jogging tracks, and a bar (for a fee). "The beach is right outside the hotel, the location is great There is a coffee shop downstairs, the food is good, and you can also use it for work. The room is clean. I live on the fourth floor. I can see the sunrise when I look out the window in the morning. The hotel staff are very friendly Some small suggestions: I suggest that the hotel put up a ”Do Not Disturb” sign. Sometimes when the staff clean the room, there is poor communication and they keep knocking on the door. I said in English that they don't need to clean, but they don't understand. I don't know why the WiFi on the 4th floor is often unavailable. I occasionally have to use data for work. Also, when I was staying there, there seemed to be a lot of construction going on in the hotel and the surrounding area, which was a bit noisy. I wonder if this happens all the time. In general, it is a very good hotel, cheap, and located by the sea. Although there are some minor flaws, I highly recommend it~"

"Overall, the apartment left a very solid impression. The key advantage is the thoughtful layout and high-quality amenities. The spacious bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower is a real plus, as is the large kitchen fully equipped with everything you might need — including a rice cooker and an oven. The balcony offers a great sea view and features a convenient drying rack for laundry. Each room has its own AC unit, the living area includes a comfortable sofa and a TV, while the bedroom has a good mattress, pillows, and plenty of wardrobe space. The service is complete: towels are changed daily, cleaning is done every day, bed linen is changed upon request, slippers and bathrobes are provided. There’s also a washing machine. It’s especially convenient that beach towels are available in the apartment and replaced daily. Special thanks to the manager, Luna, for his warm and polite attitude. Perfect for a family stay or a group of friends — we went to the local market for fresh ingredients and cooked our own meals. Highly recommended."

"The hotel's location and the view from the room are absolutely fantastic – these are the main advantages of this accommodation. However, there are some issues with other aspects. The room is always damp if you leave the balcony doors open, but that's understandable given the sea is right opposite. The room itself is tired: the wallpaper has stains in some places, the chairs on the balcony have holes, the small drying rack is broken, and the hanger is damaged. The hangers were also surprising – all different and made of wire, which isn't ideal for a long stay where good hangers are essential. The only appliance in the room was a mini-bar fridge. The bed linen was changed every 3 days, but the pillows and blanket themselves had an unpleasant smell. Towels were changed daily, but staff sometimes knocked on the door early in the morning. Waiting for the elevator takes a very long time – there's a clear problem there (you can wait for several minutes). And the main issue is the noise on the 8th floor from the Space X club: noise and bass until 3 AM. We booked these apartments for 12 nights and stayed on the 8th floor."
