"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was quick and the room was clean and as described the amenities, including the breakfast and the gel were a nice addition as well as convenient locations around the property like a local gym and a local restaurant. so it’s easy to find things that you need well as walking distance from stores. there’s plenty of parking for guests, but there is not a lot of parking for anyone else. and they are very strict about the parking and where you park."

"Subject: Disappointing booking process but saved by Hyatt House staff I booked a 2-Bedroom king Suite several months in advance and even called to confirm a week before arrival. However, upon check-in, I was told that the room type I booked was unavailable. The staff offered two separate rooms instead, which was completely unacceptable for my situation. I am a solo adult traveling with four children. Splitting us into separate, non-connecting rooms was not an option for safety and practical reasons. To make matters worse, this trip was specifically for my daughter’s birthday. Seeing her face drop in disappointment was heartbreaking. After I expressed my frustration and explained the situation, the staff spent some time checking their system and coordinating with housekeeping. Eventually, they managed to provide the 2-Bedroom Suite I had originally booked and paid for. I am incredibly relieved and grateful to the Hyatt House team for their hard work in resolving this. The room we got was nice, clean, and full of things we needed. The pool was freezing cold, and nobody wanted to dip their toes in, only small warm jacuzzi tub next to the pool with full pack of kids was a highlight. However, I am very confused and concerned about how this happened. How can a confirmed booking through Trip.com be ”overbooked” or given away when it was reserved months ago? I would like an explanation from either Trip.com or the hotel regarding this system failure to ensure it doesn't happen to other families."
