The price is too different from the service and facilities. The price of a big hotel is the facilities of a third-rate hotel. The sound insulation is very poor. The hair dryer will trip the circuit breaker, and there is no one to repair it. It is in the middle of nowhere. I don't recommend staying here. It can be said that this is the worst accommodation experience in my one-month trip to the United States and Canada.

Great location and cheaper than other places in area. Room was large and employees were nice and helpful. Only downside is the property is old and in need of remodel.

We stayed here a few times. Always a great spot to be in the middle of the nature. BBQ and cooking facilities are a bonus, as well as the fire pit for a relaxing end of the day. Will stay again

Only use for emergency stay While the host/manager was attentive to our needs, the unit is in need of TLC. Leaky rusted bathroom, dirty worn out chairs; rollaway bed = thin mattress on the floor that only fits in dirty niche in bedroom. Stove is old with only one burner working and soiled foil around dangling burners.

The property is in transition to vacation rentals. It does not really operate well as a motel. The room was not very clean, the heat was a problem. For a one or two night stay in Cooper Landing, it is OK at best.

Although the property owners were kind and regretful of the room and property conditions, there was not a way to improve the situation. The property owners tried to make it right by offering to change the linens, clean the room, etc, but we ended up not staying and driving on to Anchorage to find other accommodations and get some rest before our flight. No refund offered.
