Location is good . Room size is good  Housekeeping need to beef up .  The pillow given has a foul smell , bed sheet and all not changed even when we ask for make up room

Great location with train n metro nearby. The suites was well designed except the sound proofing that u kept hearing people walking upstairs. The breakfast was good😋😋

Great location, vey convenient. Staff at hotel concierge are very helpful with suggestions where to explore around the neighbourhood for coffee shops and grocery markets.

I stayed for 4 nights and was assigned a room on the first floor. The front desk said it was the only room available, so I felt there was little privacy. However, since I booked very early, the price-performance ratio was acceptable for Copenhagen. There are two train stations nearby. Rådhuspladsen has a lot of pickpockets. My backpack was opened and stolen while I was taking the elevator with my suitcase. I suggest going to Vesterport station instead.

If you come to Copenhagen, I recommend staying here. I give 100 points for the service. Everyone is very enthusiastic. There is a lady at the front desk who speaks a little Chinese. She really tried hard to explain the details to me. I like the design and layout of the room. It takes the convenience of users into consideration. I like every detail of the room. Although the gym is not big, it is enough. When I went to the gym in the morning, the front desk service took the initiative to ask if you needed water. It was very attentive. The location of the hotel is also very good. It is enough to walk to anywhere.
