1. Cleanliness: The apartment wasn’t as clean as expected. The bedsheets and pillows had visible stains, there was dust on the windowsills, and the water tank on the coffee machine hadn’t been emptied or cleaned, leaving it stained.
2. Doors: Several doors, including the bedroom, main, and bathroom doors, were either too tight or squeaky, causing a lot of noise when opened or closed. This was especially disruptive at night, waking others up.
3. Bathroom: The bathroom was quite small, with a loose curtain rail and stained curtains. Although I appreciate the repair after I raised the issue, it’s worth noting that online reviews have mentioned this problem in the past. This suggests the issue has been ignored by management until I complained, which reflects poorly on maintenance.
4. Kitchen Amenities: The stove was positioned too high, making it difficult to reach, and to make matters worse, it was completely non-functional. This was frustrating and felt deceptive, as we were unable to use it at all.
5. Washing Machine: The washing machine was filthy, making it unusable. It was in worse condition than the laundry we intended to wash, so we opted not to use it.
Overall, a truly disappointing experience. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests, as they significantly affected the quality of our stay.
