Cabinn Metro Hotel

Hygiene: Public areas are very clean. Rooms are not cleaned daily; you need to book in advance. Towels and other necessities must be picked up from the front desk. Environment: There's a mall and supermarket nearby. Service: Virtually non-existent. Facilities: Very new. Breakfast is pretty good.

Better than expected, offering good value for money. It's super convenient, only a 10-minute subway ride to the city center. Getting here from the airport is easy too, just two stops by train. The soundproofing could be a bit better, though.

My overall stay was quite pleasant. The room, though not large, was well-designed, clean, and tidy. The bed was comfortable, and all basic amenities were provided. The bathroom was a bit compact, but perfectly functional for daily use. The hotel offers self-service check-in and check-out, which was simple and convenient. The hotel's location is excellent, close to both the Ørestad Metro and train stations, all within walking distance. There's also the large Fields shopping center nearby. It's super convenient for getting to Copenhagen city center by metro or Copenhagen Airport by train, making it ideal for tourists. Breakfast was also more extensive than I expected, with croissants, bread, ham, salami, cheese, eggs, and vegetables like cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and bell peppers. There was a good variety, and it was a very decent hotel breakfast. The only thing I think could be improved is the soundproofing in the rooms; it's a bit weak. Sometimes I could hear noise from the hallway or other rooms, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Overall, with its convenient transportation, clean rooms, good breakfast, and decent value for money, it was a very satisfactory stay. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Copenhagen.

This hotel's biggest plus is its affordable price, making it suitable for budget travelers staying for just one night. However, the room lacks air conditioning, and the provided electric fan offers very little airflow, making it quite stuffy at night. Even when the outdoor temperature isn't high, the room still feels hot, and ventilation is poor. A significant drawback is that the lights themselves emit noticeable heat when turned on. When you need to read, organize luggage, or use a computer in the room, you have no choice but to turn them on, which further increases the perceived temperature. Check-in is entirely self-service, with virtually no human interaction. The downstairs gym also requires an extra fee and is not complimentary for guests. Overall, it's an extreme value-for-money hotel; if you're on a tight budget and just need an overnight stay, it's an option, but comfort levels are generally low during the summer.

The room was quite small, just a few square meters, but fully equipped. It had a large bed, a small TV by the bedside, several lamps, and a table with chairs. The bathroom was small but had a shower with a curtain. I stayed for six days and the room was cleaned once during that time. Slippers, soap, and a dental kit were provided. Breakfast was plentiful, though the same every day. It's about a 15-minute walk from Bella Center.
