Seamless self check in. Room is abit smaller than usual but ok for the price considering it being so center in the city. Smart controls for lights curtains and TV using iPad. Very cool

Great location and friendly staff with funky deco. Felt like a Mcdonald's style hotel chain. Tiny room and stuffy.  We both had headache the next morning.  Over rated for 4 star.

CitizenM hotels are consistently reliable, so there are no surprises. The only minor issue I encountered for the first time was dust mixed in with the towels. However, the hotel's location and facilities are excellent and very well-maintained.

Loved this hotel . I highly recommend it . It’s clean and staff are very helpful and also it’s 30 min bus drive to the city .

The room was a bit small, making it hard to even open a large suitcase. However, the breakfast was excellent with a great variety, including salmon.
