We had a very enjoyable stay at Charlottehaven. The room had everything you could need for a several-day stay. We only missed havine g a microwave to heat a glass of milk or similar. The view from the room was very nice. The service was very attentive to our needs, whenever we had any problem they went out of their way to help us. The gym and sauna facilities are top of the notch. The train and metro stations are quite close. We found a very nice steak house at walking distance, Restaurant Savanna, that it was the most delicious dinner we had in Denmark. The "special" brunch breakfast on Sunday was not so special though, it was just a nice hotel buffet breakfast.

Very comfortable stay. The unit was spacious and clean, the staffs are friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Lovely apartment, very comfortable for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Location is fantastic, close to many restaurants and a supermarket just across the apartment. SBahn and metro are also walking distance. We had no issues using our Copenhagen card to move around and travel to the city centre. We also took a stroll to the park with the Little Mermaid statue. The weather was perfect in June. Would be better if the washing machine came with dryer function. Otherwise, it was a great stay. Thank you and we’ll be back!

Overall very good, easy transportation, nearby and supermarket & Cafe It turned out to be also very suitable for city jogging Very good location. You can also enjoy the beautiful sunset views of Copenhagen

The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was spacious, with three large bay windows, all cushioned, perfect for families with children. It included a washer-dryer combo, an induction cooker, and dishes, making it very family-friendly. The only downside was that the air conditioning in my room wasn't very effective.
