It was great! The location is excellent, close to the city center, and there are grocery stores nearby, which was very convenient.

The facilities are comprehensive. You can go down to the bar and meet new friends. For the room facilities, it would be okay and worth the price. It would be great if the privacy aspect is improved.

Location great, No kitchen at all. Only microwave and fridge Lockers are not free

The hostel have good location easy access to center but the clean is not really :^＜＜

Bedbugs infested! I dont even finished my stay. It was one one of the worst places I've stayed. The kitchen dont even have sink or stove.

Copenhagen Downtown Hostel – Capsule Stay Review This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel in Copenhagen (£80 per night), after hearing positive feedback from friends who had travelled here. I decided to try the quiet zone option with a comfortable capsule located near the hostel facilities. Pros: • Excellent location in the heart of the city, with restaurants, bars, and cafés within walking distance. • Easy access to all main attractions. • The capsule area was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, I left with mixed feelings. While the location and cleanliness met expectations, the hostel’s operation style felt more “self-service” and less attentive to guest concerns. On the first night, my sleep was disrupted by a guest in the quiet zone who was both noisy and snored loudly throughout the night. It affected everyone in the vicinity, and despite some guests (myself included) gently knocking to try and reduce the disturbance, it continued until morning. On the second night, the same issue occurred, but it was made worse by a sudden emergency alarm at around 4:45 AM, requiring all guests to evacuate and wait outside for inspection before returning to bed. Understandably, safety comes first, but the timing and the combination of disturbances made it impossible to rest. When I tried to contact staff in the middle of the night, there was no one available, so I had to raise the issue through Trip.com. Although staff later offered some coins as a goodwill gesture, it did not feel proportionate to the £80 per night rate... especially when nearby private rooms can be found for much less. Sadly, what I hoped would be a unique and comfortable stay turned into a frustrating experience. I will not be returning, and I would advise light sleepers to consider alternatives.

The location is not far from the Town Hall. It consists of two sections (different entrances) - a bar (the reception is also there), the next door leads to the hostel rooms, which occupy six floors. The elevator (of an old design) goes only to the fifth - so those who got a room on the sixth will have to walk one more floor up.The rooms are quite cramped, the top bed is suspended on pipes, which can give the impression that you are in a basement. On the entire floor - only two toilets, two sinks and three showers.The kitchen as such is not available to guests - there is a small dark room on the ground floor under the bar - which contains two small refrigerators, a microwave, a kettle. There is not even a sink with running water - this can be difficult if you need to wash your own dishes, fruits/vegetables, etc.

Crazily bad hygiene, the bed was full of bedbugs and my arms and legs were bitten, the staff told us there were nothing they could do. Hugely disappointed, not recommened to any other guests, who will be future victims.

Hostel has a great location and great value for money. Cleanliness could be improved. I was also challenging to climb to the top bunk because of the design of the bed.

The location of this hostel is amazing! You are in the center of the city and the subway is so close too. The rooms and hostek was generally clean. Social spaces could be a little bi better but its totally worth the money!

The atmosphere was genuinely welcoming and relaxed. The staff were incredibly helpful, not just with check-in, but by sharing local tips and actively facilitating social connections among guests. We instantly felt like part of a traveling family, making it easy to meet new people and find activity partners.

Clean rooms and safe lockers. Staff gave fast check-in and clear rules. Beds felt firm and quiet at night. Showers stayed hot and strong. The location sits in the city center, close to shops, food, and trains. Good value for solo travelers and short stays.

Room unfortunately smells bad, unclean people in room with little to no attention to the «quiet time». Seems like they thought all the capsules where sound proof. Toilets also stinked, but surprisingly clean. Shame towels aren’t included in the price and that water no longer is free after 6pm. Isn’t the tap water in the Nordic’s drinkable after 6, anyway. We had a nice stay but such small improvements would’ve bumped them up to 5-star. I think the automated check-in creates less boundaries for the guests to follow. A human check-in with rules explained makes for a better experience, smell and general cleanliness
