The friendly staff made a great impression. The design was lovely and luxurious, and I particularly enjoyed how clean and upscale the bathroom was.

1 Hotel Copenhagen truly delivered! The interior design is stunning, warm, organic, and effortlessly cool

When we checked in, the room type wasn't what we booked; it was much smaller. After speaking with the front desk, they immediately switched our room (though they didn't admit it was different, claiming it was the same). The room itself had a minimalist style and was quite clean. The common areas were also decent, and it wasn't too far from the attractions.

Really a lovely hotel. A bit pricey. I missed having a larger gluten-free selection at the breakfast buffet. The music in the lounge was too loud. The perfume in the lounge was too strong. Otherwise, fantastic service - beautiful rooms - and delicious breakfast.
