I recently stayed at Next House Copenhagen, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hostel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, with a stylish, modern design that made the place feel more like a boutique hotel than a budget stay.
The location is fantastic—central and within walking distance of Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli Gardens, and many of the city’s key attractions. It made exploring the city super convenient.
What really stood out was the attention to detail and comfort. The rooms were compact but cleverly designed, with cozy beds, personal reading lights, and lockers for security. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the quiet sleeping pods which offered privacy despite the shared room setting.
Next House offers tons of amenities you don’t usually get in hostels. There’s a gym, cinema room, rooftop bar with great city views, a football court, and even live music in the evenings. The communal areas are buzzing with energy and make it incredibly easy to meet people from all over the world. It’s the perfect mix of social and chill.
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready with tips or a smile. You can tell they care about creating a great experience for guests.
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly yet high-quality stay in Copenhagen, Next House is a no-brainer. Whether you’re a solo traveler, a digital nomad, or a group of friends, this place has something for everyone. I’ll definitely be back!

Great location – the bus stop is right outside the hotel. It’s very convenient to get here from the airport, either by direct bus or by taking the light rail and transferring to a bus.
The room is quite small and doesn’t have enough space to fully open a large suitcase. However, I really liked the capsule-style setup, which offers excellent privacy.
There’s no view from the window, and it gets quite noisy in the morning due to nearby construction.

It’s my first time staying in a hostel in Europe and Next house is the right choice! The location is excellent, pretty close to the train station and there’s 5C bus station right next to the hostel direct to the airport. I also reserved hostel dinner and breakfast at a reasonable price.

The thing that surprise me is the free beer during the time from 6pm to 8 pm. The free beer is so good. The common area is quite large for u to take a rest. There are still a small football field in the basement. The environment is good. U can walk to the main centre with around 25 minutes.

Clean and good location.
Kiwi just beside the main entrance and if you’re staying on Sunday there’s a Joker around the corner.
Bus stop nearby maybe like 5 mins walk
Bus to city in 10-15mins
Don’t miss the night view from the rooftop!

Nice hostel and is very clean. All the roommates are nice and don’t make much noise in the evening. Suitable for a short stay in Copenhagen.
