Tried to contact them through phone, trip and email about a possible cancellation due to cancelled flights. No response.

Very basic facilities, but perfectly adequate for the cost. Simple capsules. NO MAINS PLUG POWER IN THE CAPSULES. Only USB plugs. I wanted to charge my laptop but couldn't

The capsule is cosy, private and locks so you can make sure your items are safe when you go out. They did not have laundry service which caused difficulties as other surrounding hotels would not let me pay to use there laundry service as it was for guests only. The toilets were not that clean and one didn’t flush well. The showers not too clean either and did not provide any soap or shampoo. If you are not on a budget I would recommend going elsewhere. Though if you are on a budget it is manageable though I would only recommend a short stay.

Toilet area could have been more clean and with a vent. The pods were extremely hot with no ventilation. The fans do not work and if you plug in your phone, the light / fan struggle to work. There needs to be stronger power within each pod and more ventilation.

Humid. Noisy. Double charged. No refund.

Unfortunately, our room had a window towards the one yard of the building. That’s why we heard all the people outside which wasn’t in our interest, since we just wanted to sleep and travel further.

Perfect location for solo tourists, 1 minute walk to the bar street, capsule space was really quiet, I slept well with my jet lag.

Booking one of the capsules at this hotel is not recommended. There's no door to the capsule room, so people are constantly walking through the hallway at night. The bathroom is shared by double capsules A-Y as well as other regular rooms. Even in winter, the capsules get very hot, so many people slept with their doors open during our stay. The fan doesn't work. It never really gets dark because the room lights aren't switched off or dimmed. The door is so crooked that light always gets in. The actual lighting was very limited due to broken bulbs, and even worse when a device was plugged in to charge. The worst part is the lack of wardrobes for luggage. There are signs in the hallways warning that unattended luggage will be removed. So you have to sleep in the same bed with all your luggage.

Very nice and friendly, free coffee in the morning, and the option to rent towels. Small bar where you can eat in or on the terrace. You can also buy food from outside. Luggage storage is very convenient. The shared bathroom is clean, but the water pressure is difficult to regulate; the toilets are clean. Very well located and easily accessible from the airport. It's a kind of youth hostel, so there can sometimes be noise at night… Notes: A little dust under the bed! The sheets are clean, but the duvets should perhaps be washed more often, or are they just clean stains? The hallway lights should be dimmed at night, as they filter under the door. For me, this would be essential for sleeping better and not being too disturbed if you get up during the night.

The location is great, but you should be prepared when booking. It's more like a pet hotel than a capsule hotel.
