Casa Carolina is a stunning modern home situated high above the Bordeaux Valley, overlooking the blue waters of Coral Bay. Two bedrooms and three bathrooms make this the ideal getaway for families, couples, or friends, with easy access to the Virgin Islands National Park. Private pool, air conditioning throughout, robust WIFI, Satellite TV, washer and dryer, and a modern kitchen that leaves you wanting for nothing. Full back-up power means no worries if the island loses power. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, coolers and a concierge service with every stay, so pack light and slip away for the vacation you so deserve. The poolside patio offers sun and shade and is the kind of place you might just sit all day. A couple feet away from the pool, a classy kitchen fitted with a full-size gas stove, and stainless refrigerator and dishwasher, makes meals and snacks easy to serve - either poolside or at the shady outdoor dining table. The island bar offers views of the ocean and pool. A coffee station is stocked for your morning brew. The kitchen shares the great room with the cozy living room and a third full bath for parties with extra guests who may sleep on the pull-out couch (additional charge). Out back, a patio with chaise lounges is surrounded by tropical gardens. Downstairs, the two en-suite air-conditioned bedrooms are side by side, accessed from the lower porch. The king has a bright, modern, full bath with his-and-her sinks. The queen features a private porch and outdoor shower. Although, there is an additional queen pull out sofa we advise a max of 4 adults. Looking for the beach? Maho bay is just over the hill, about ten minutes away, and serves as a gateway to the rest of the amazing North Shore beaches. The villa is just a short five-minute drive down the hill to Coral Bay with three grocery markets, several bars and restaurants, great shops, and access to water sports, such as charters and shuttles to the famous Lime Out floating taco bar. The host and amenities were outstanding. The only issue I encountered was an unannounced visit from someone claiming to be from a pest control service that worked for the property. What I love about the property is the privacyat Casa Carolina. Overall, we had a wonderful experience during our stay, so much that we booked 3 weeks next year before we left. Amazing indoor and outdoor space with an amazing view Very impressed with this property. Indoor: large kitchen island is amazing for gathering. Very well stocked kitchen with lots of extra storage for food and your own things. Living room furniture is comfortable. I had no issues getting wifi connection and worked a few days (zoom, teams meetings) with no issues. Both bedrooms, washer and dryer are accessible from the outdoor staircase to ground floor. Master bedroom was roomy and mattress was great. Second bedroom has an outdoor shower. Outdoor: the 270* outdoor patio/porch was amazing! Soo many options to sit, swim, eat, layout, and gather. Gas grill worked great. Driveway is a steep drive up (like everything on the island. Like the liating suggests, rent a jeep :)Hosts were super responsive and checked in on us to male aure all was great.

Perfect setup for a small family We had a great experience here and truly enjoyed our time. The house/setup was perfect for our small family and the location was convenient to coral bay and many of the beaches. We would love and hope to come back again!

Spectacular view!! We had an amazing week at Casa Carolina! Nestled into the hillside and overlooking Coral Bay, the perfect space to relax after enjoying a day snorkeling! The house had everything we needed and most importantly was super private. Communication from the team at Unique Island Assets was next level and they even helped us book an amazing day Charter to the BVI's weeks in advance!

Perfect Stay! The property was exactly as listed! The property managers had great communication and a greeter was there to meet us right off the ferry from St. Thomas. Stunning views and a beautifully landscaped property. I would highly recommend this villa.

Perfect house in Coral Bay Casa Carolina is a beautiful house with great views. Close to the north side beaches but with a spectacular view of Coral Bay. Both bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen/living area is very comfortable.
