"The hotel was fine. Room was fine. Food was good. Pools etc were good. But we found out afterwards how the hotel allows two conmen, David Oprea and Marius Beluga to run the entertainment team. These two use manipulative techniques to control the young women. Then they do not pay them. The hotel allow this modern day slavery. So, how can I say this hotel is good when they close their eyes to this terrible injustice."

"We have just returned from a fantastic week at the Cali Resort and would happily stay again. If you’re looking for a relaxing adults-only break, this is a brilliant choice. The hotel and grounds are immaculate, the rooms are modern, spacious and spotlessly clean, and the pool areas are excellent. There were always plenty of sun loungers available first thing in the morning, although if you want one of the in-pool sunbeds, you’ll need to be there by around 7:30 am as they’re understandably very popular. After 8:00 am you’re free to leave your lounger for up to two hours, which is a really sensible system. Pool towels are provided free of charge, making everything nice and easy. The food was consistently very good with plenty of choice at every meal, so there was always something to suit everyone’s taste. The spa facilities are also well worth a visit. The complimentary 15-minute massage was a nice touch, although we felt it could have been better and was a missed opportunity to showcase the quality of the treatments. That said, the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and indoor pool are absolutely beautiful and definitely worth using. Our only real criticism wasn’t the hotel itself but Coral Bay. We deliberately came for a relaxing holiday, so it didn’t bother us too much, but the local strip is fairly quiet with limited entertainment. Thankfully, the buses are cheap, frequent and easy to use, making trips into Paphos simple, where there’s plenty more to see, do and explore. Overall, a superb adults-only hotel that we’d highly recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful, high-quality getaway"

"We booked these apartments very late as we had been let down by our original booking close by. We knew the area and beach so we had no issues there. Some in line reviews were poor but never the less we went ahead as sometimes reviews are unfair or don’t reflect the hotel. We arrived late in the evening and we were treated at reception - given our key and we found our way to the room The room was great and the views were super. The hotel bar is reasonably priced and the food that we tried was great value. A massive bonus is the beach and also the proximity to our favourite restaurant PORTO ANTICO which is a very short walk from the hotel. Legends bar is opposite a s a lot of fun the bus stop is in the hotel car park - regular and great value. We were very well looked after by all the staff and the apartment was serviced regularly. As with other reviewers the hotel decor is dated but this did not affect our stay. I would advise taking a multi plug extension as modern living needs chargers etc."
