This is a very outdated property. We were there for two nights. The first night the room we had, the bed was literally sunken in the middle, and I woke up with my hips hurting. Also, the heater unit wasn’t pumping heat, only cool air. We maxed it all the way to 90° and it still did not warm the room up. The TV in that room, we could barely hear, One of the speakers inside of it must’ve been blown. We asked for a different room for the second night and the bed was better, but we were on the other side of the hall and ended up next to a road, which is busy all night long with people zooming by and beeping. Apparently the Greek restaurant downstairs has some type of band or DJ. Cause they were blaring music until 2am in the morning. It was very loud! The carpet and the furniture in these rooms were old & musty and some of the lamps shades were busted and falling off. We will not be returning!

Business combined with family time. I always stay at this hotel and it was wonderful to find a price that suits the condition of the hotel. It is an old hotel with old furniture, for example, no chairs for the terrace, some appliances do not work, in this trip it was the coffee maker, last trip it was the mini fridge, other times has been hot water, but the front desk goes out of their way to take care of any of these inconveniences immediately and their service and location - free trolly to the metrorail station right across the hotel, walking distance to Pinecrest Bakery that makes the most awesome empanadas, croquetas and cafe con leche, walking distance to Navarro drugstore, walking distance to 7-11 to get for example a phone cord, walking distance to Uncle Tom's BBQ, a Miami landmark cabin style bbq restaurant, walking distance to SW 8th st where one can take bus all the way down to Brickell area directly while catching a view of the riff raff down 8th street, all in all the location of this hotel is good. And best of all is Mylos Greek restaurant in the hotel - nothing I can say would do justice to their food and service. Great location and great service but the hotel itself is shabby 2 star that on other websites is most definitely over-priced.

Very beautiful property with friendly, accommodating staff! Right in the middle of Coral Gables.

Humm, like other people said, its not clean at all. Saw buds twice(you know what kind of bugs im talking about). There's hair in the bed, not ours. There is mole in the fridge... I suggest that you bring your own bedsheets if you book here. Everything is outdated, but i don't mind it. I think it could be a nice hotel if the onwner pay more attention on the cleanliness. The location is good, checkin and check out are so smooth.

I stayed here a month ago, but I changed my plans yesterday after returning from Brazil. The hotel was non-refundable, and Ctrip had to reimburse me for the difference. So, be careful, don't book too much! However, this hotel is cheap and spacious, much cheaper than in Los Angeles. Miami's climate is better than Los Angeles's—humid, and my hair was always bouncy. Crucially, it's next to the Guatemalan embassy, ​​perfect for visa applications. I still fondly remember those relaxing days in Miami while waiting for my passport and visa.

I stayed there for four days in total. Considering the location and price, this is the most economical and affordable Miami hotel I found. It is close to the airport, and it takes less than 30 minutes to take a taxi to the main attractions, and it is not expensive. Little Havana is within walking distance. The community is safe. The bathroom in the room is cleaned every day, and the garbage is taken out. The service attitude is generally good. Although the basic conditions are acceptable, you should lower your expectations. The hotel is very old, the sheets are stained, there are dead corners for hygiene, and there is noise from the traffic on the street. The guests who made trouble on the first day were taken away by the police in the middle of the night, so we woke up in the middle of the night and did not rest well.

The hotel was a bit run-down, and the lights wouldn't turn on; it scared me.

Very bad. The carpet in the hallway is tattered and stained. There is a strong odor. It's not free. The quality is similar to that of a small hotel in a domestic station.
