The room is large and clean, the environment is very good, the transportation and life are convenient, it is the best accommodation location in this small town and the University City of Iowa. The staff treats guests with enthusiasm, and the breakfast is rich in hotels of this price in the United States. Easy parking. Recommended.

It was okay. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was not bad, they could have been a little more friendly, but they were polite. The overall property was very clean, it was just very used. Stains on surfaces, scuffs on walls, general overuse. The evening cocktail hour snacks and the breakfast were ok. Very much your typical hotel breakfast not great, but a little protein to start the day. Overall we would stay again for the price.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in a while. Kept up very well, friendly staff, and very comfortable beds. Everything felt clean and new.

The room was very nice and clean. The pool needed a thorough cleaning. I would suggest getting one of those automatic cleaners at night. We didn't use the pool. They offered a pretty fair breakfast with many options. This included fresh fruit and yogurt. This was just a one night stop so we do look for safe areas with easy accessibility to on/off the highway.

Great stay Wonderful place to stay. Very friendly staff, great breakfast and very clean, comfortable rooms. We couldn’t get the air to turn down was the only problem we had and didn’t bother calling them for help.
