The hotel is not far from the train station; you can walk or take a bus. We arrived early and the staff were kind enough to let us check in right away. The room was clean and smelled nice. There are many restaurants nearby. The room price was reasonable. Overall, I really liked it.

I always use the hotel room safe to store my valuable items when I am leaving to ture the city. But for the first time in the hotel I had to pay rent for the use of the safe 😟

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. I'll definitely book it again next time. It's also very central, about a 5-minute walk from the train station, and the service was excellent, very friendly.

Great location, very close to the train station and the historic city center. Complimentary machine coffee and tea are offered in the lobby every morning. I RECOMMEND IT!

Affordable price but quite far from the city center

The hotel was located in the city centre and within walking distance to nearly everything. The room was quite clean and the services were all OK.

The hotel is well-located and clean. The room was basic. Be aware that some rooms have a window facing an air shaft, so they can be quite dark. The hotel offers free luggage storage while waiting for your room or after check-out.

The room was a perfect size for a solo traveler. The location is nice but poor soundproofing (you can actually hear what your neighbors next door are saying) and very limited facilities. No kettle or microwave in the room. Hairdryers can be requested from the front desk. Early check-in possible but probably depends on the day.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Renfe station and 15 minutes from the city center, making it a convenient location for those traveling by train. I really appreciated the free coffee and tea service available at the front desk in the mornings, as well as the ability to borrow a hairdryer from there. The gentleman at the front desk even greeted us in Japanese, which made for a pleasant stay. The only downside was that on the day we checked in, there was an odor coming from the shower drain. I didn't say anything to the hotel, but when we returned to the room on the second day, the smell had lessened, so I assume they did something during cleaning. That was the only regrettable part, but overall, it was a good stay.

Decent hotel for a short stay even though the customer service was unfriendly and rude.

I could not believe how good this Hotel was for the price I paid. I was looking for a budget hotel chain like and came across this. It’s clean, spacious, safe, 10 min walk to the train station and less than 20min walk to main tourist attraction. The main point is that it’s opposite to La  Taberna del Almodovar, that has had a Michelin star every year since 2017 and it totally affordable to budget conscious travellers like we are. Hotel Serrano was extremely good value for money.
