The hallway looks old and dirty. The rooms have insects. Not so many available king size beds. Recommended for group/families.good location near in airport

We were told we got an upgrade from our wall-view room, but it didn’t feel like one. The bidet was broken, the bathroom kept flooding from a leak, balcony lights were busted, and the bed was itchy. I asked for a quiet room with strong Wi-Fi because I needed to work, but the connection was very poor and unstable. The lobbies and hallways were often wet and slippery, and the elevators felt unsafe. We were also surprised that the Inflatable Water Park and Happy Pebble required extra payment. The pools and beach looked dirty as well. The resort has potential, but cleanliness, maintenance, and basic services need major improvement. Our stay was more stressful than relaxing.

We had stayed for a night with my daughter and her circle of friends. They enjoyed their stay and they had so much fun while in their pool playtime and swimming.

Good for families my son enjoyed the pool. Buffet breakfast were good. Location wise quite far from the city but shuttle bus provided more convenient if you got your own transport but easy to book grab

Wouldn’t expect a four star resort having door sensor broken during the stay. Me and my child had to wait for over 20 mins at night to get it fixed. That’s totally unacceptable. Other than that, the service is quite average, usually has to wait for a while to be served in the restaurant.
